HKRMA SME Service Excellence Award Sharing Session

A "SME Retail Service Excellence Award" was first launched back in 2012 to promote and recognize SMEs' efforts and achievements in delivering quality customer service in Hong Kong's service-oriented economy. This year, HKRMA SME Service Excellence Award Presentation and Sharing Session was held on April 9th this year at Hong Kong Productivity Council and over 200 HKRMA members and SME retailers have joined the event. To capture the tremendous growth in the use of smart phone and mobile apps in business, GT was invited by HKRMA to share about the latest marketing tools and use cases of mobile apps for SMEs. Our CMO, Ms Jacqueline Chong, has shared her point of view on how SMEs can experience the ease of using mobile marketing to achieve effective promotion impact and customer engagement by offering e-coupon, conducting voting and collecting feedbacks from them.
